Okay, so I'm hitting the gym again. (Was actually having second thoughts about blogging about it for fear of jinxing myself.) Maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to keep it up this time. I really have to, considering how I already wasted a little fortune paying for gym dues for more than half a year now, with nary a single visit!!
Superhon and I have been leading relatively fitness-conscious lifestyles these days--I say "relatively," because we only go so far as working out, he with his bike and his Judo team, and I with my, eherm, 3 trips to the gym so far (Just started this weekend!). I guess you can count "relatively" (just have to qualify again!) diet-conscious eating habits as well; we remain a couple of workaholics, though, and sleep is still low on our priority list of ways to spend time. But hey, we can only try so hard to be healthy, hehe...
Anyhow, I have one goal in mind as I sweat on the treadmill and do my near-fatal (that's what this drama queen feels about it anyway) crunches: RIPPED ABS. Ha!!
